Pale straw in colour, with ripe fruit, soft baking spice and a broad malty core. Wheat keeps the texture smooth and rounded, while Pilsner and Vienna malts add gentle bread and cereal depth. The finish stays refreshing despite the richer winter profile, carrying fruit and spice without becoming heavy. Serve cool with roast pork, grilled sausages, mushroom dishes or nutty alpine cheese; it also suits a simple roast chicken.
