AboutLes Vignerons d'Aghione
Les Vignerons d’Aghione began in 1975, when growers on Corsica’s eastern side came together around a shared cellar. Today twelve winegrowing families, spanning three generations, sustain the cooperative. Their vines reach from sandy coastal ground through clay plateaux to metamorphic foothill sites.
The cooperative’s Casanova range takes its name from former president André Casanova. Under that name, the growers have made sparkling Muscat, pale rosé and Niellucciu wines.

French Red
Ripe blackberry and dark plum meet black cherry, cracked pepper and a savoury trace of wild Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fleshy and generous, with juicy fruit carried by smooth, rounded tannins. A warm, accessible Corsican red with enough spice and earthy depth to stay lively through the finish.
