Les Trois Mousquetaires

Amber in colour, with caramel arriving first before citrus from West Coast hops brings a brighter, more aromatic line. The malt and hop character stay balanced through the palate, and the bitterness lingers without becoming heavy. It is a composed American-style pale ale with enough structure for food. Serve cool with grilled sausages, roast chicken, smoked cheddar, burgers or caramelized onion tart.
