AboutLes Trois Mousquetaires
Les Trois Mousquetaires began in 2004, when three former co-workers acquired the small Express-Broue operation and began shaping a brewery of their own. They moved the equipment to Brossard, on Montreal’s South Shore. Their early pale and red beers were fermented with lager yeast.
By 2006, the brewery was exploring German styles. Today, the brewery favours Quebec-grown grain and works directly with local maltsters.
Les Trois Mousquetaires American Pale Ale
Canadian Beer
Amber in colour, with caramel arriving first before citrus from West Coast hops brings a brighter, more aromatic line. The malt and hop character stay balanced through the palate, and the bitterness lingers without becoming heavy. It is a composed American-style pale ale with enough structure for food. Serve cool with grilled sausages, roast chicken, smoked cheddar, burgers or caramelized onion tart.
