Château Les Trois Croix
AboutChâteau Les Trois Croix
A date stone at Château Les Trois Croix bears the year 1712; Patrick Léon and his family acquired the Fronsac property in 1995. Three neighbouring communes supplied both its vineyards and its name: Fronsac, Saillans and Saint-Aignan, whose church towers can be seen from the château. Léon brought decades of Bordeaux experience to this family estate.
The vines grow on Fronsac’s clay-limestone plateau, with Merlot alongside Cabernet Franc. Grapes are harvested by hand, followed by extended maceration and barrel ageing.

French Red
A polished Fronsac with sun-warmed blackberry, cocoa and vanilla over an earthy mineral note. The palate is generous yet composed, with smooth tannins carrying the dark fruit into a long, gently savoury finish. Its balance of ripeness and structure suits roast beef, braised lamb, mushrooms or an unhurried dinner built around deeply flavoured dishes.
