Podere Le Ripi 2019 Cielo d’Ulisse Brunello di Montalcino
Italian Red
Violet, ripe plum and exotic spice rise first, followed by fresh leather and a quiet truffle note. Full-bodied and enveloping, the palate brings ripe black cherry and raspberry compote together with licorice, blood orange and tobacco. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity give the wine balance, while a salty mineral note lingers on the close. Serve with roast lamb, wild mushrooms or braised beef.
Le Ripi 2022 Attenti al Lupo Toscana Rosso IGT
Italian Red
The colour is bright red. Wild berries, cherries, dark chocolate and spice are present. The palate is lean, linear and fresh, with marked minerality, gripping tannins and a light bitter note in the aftertaste. Sangiovese is harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts as whole clusters. Carbonic maceration lasts ten days in a closed stainless-steel tank. Maturation lasts twelve months in concrete and stainless steel.

Italian Red
Elegant and firmly structured, with dried strawberry and red cherry framed by rose, cinnamon, clove and fresh mint. The palate brings polished red and blue fruit, vibrant acidity and fine, powdery tannins, building toward a savoury herbal finish. Decant before serving with braised beef, wild mushrooms, aged pecorino or slow-roasted lamb.
