No wood ageing is used.

Rolle, also known as Vermentino, is fermented in stainless steel after brief skin contact, and malolactic fermentation is avoided. The grapes come from Provence vineyards near the coast. Bright golden colour accompanies a taut, aromatic palate, and the wine contains 12.5 percent alcohol.

This pale-pink Cinsault rosé has shimmering reflections, red-berry character and touches of citrus. The light palate is balanced and fresh, with raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant notes. Direct pressing is followed by fermentation and ageing in stainless-steel and concrete tanks, without malolactic fermentation. The fruit comes from sloping vineyards between the Rhône Valley and Provence, about thirty kilometres from the coast.
