AboutChâteau Le Bon Pasteur

Joseph and Hermine Dupuy created Château Le Bon Pasteur in the 1920s at Maillet, where Pomerol meets the edge of Saint-Émilion. Their grandson Michel Rolland grew up on the property and, after his father died in 1979, took over its management alongside his mother. Goldin Group acquired the château in 2013 and retained the established team, including oenologist Benoît Prévôt.

Merlot leads the plantings in the Pomerol vineyard. Bunches are thinned before harvest, and grapes are sorted before and after their stems are removed. The cellar uses small temperature-controlled tanks and measured extraction.
