Serve with shellfish, salads, roast chicken or mild cheeses.

Canadian Red
Dark and generous, with violets, plum, red cherry and blackberry layered over warm spice and dark chocolate. The palate is full yet balanced, carrying ripe fruit into savoury notes of cedar, herbs and white pepper. A long, persistent finish keeps the wine poised. A short decant will help the aromatic detail unfold. Serve with grilled lamb, peppered steak or slow-cooked mushrooms.
Lake Breeze 2024 Albariño
American White
Bright and vibrant, with citrus, green apple, stone fruit and subtle mineral notes. The palate is crisp and clean, with tart but balanced acidity alongside melon and pear. Fruit comes from the Ancient Lakes appellation in central Washington’s Columbia Valley, and the wine was crafted on the Naramata Bench. Albariño grown in Washington was made into wine in British Columbia for this release.

The finish is refreshing and precise, leaving a quiet mineral impression and enough structure to reward a little bottle age.

Plum cake and dark berries lead, layered with salted caramel and aromatic spice. The palate is dry and sleek, with a distinct herbal thread beneath toasted spice, espresso and dark chocolate. Savoury and fragrant, the blend carries its richness with polished shape rather than heaviness. Serve with roast beef, lamb or mushroom dishes.

Asian pear, candied green apple and quince lead a fragrant, fruit-forward profile. The palate is round but lively, with peach and pear held by fresh acidity and a subtle mineral note. Clean and polished through the finish, it is an easy match for grilled prawns, roast chicken, salads or soft cheeses.
