AboutKrolo Winery
Dražen and Karolina Krolo own Krolo Winery, carrying forward a family viticultural tradition that the estate traces through more than three centuries. At the start of the new millennium, the family began planning a return to its ancestral land. The vineyards cover more than six hectares around Strmendolac, roughly thirty kilometres north of Split. Altitude and surrounding mountains bring markedly cool nights, even in summer, helping the grapes retain acidity as sugars rise through the growing season.

Croatian White
This dry Croatian white is made from Pošip and comes from the winegrowing area around Trilj in Dalmatia. The early-ripening grape is cultivated across both central and southern parts of the region. A Croatian restaurant wine list records thirteen percent alcohol. Pošip is the offspring of two distinct local varieties, Bijela Bratkovina and Zlatarska Bistrica.
