Killahora Orchards

Early, lighter apple varieties and late-ripening rare apples from Cork orchards are brought together in this medium-dry cider. The producer records bright, soft acidity, a full-bodied and complex flavour, and a lingering tannic finish. Tropical, bright and spicy notes are also documented, while a portion of the blend is cask aged. Profitek explicitly identifies a single 500 mL bottle, with that unapproved size held for review.
