Kewin Descombes

Fresh red fruit appears with cherry, raspberry, peony and pink pepper. The wine is light-bodied and dry, with lively acidity, soft tannins and a delicate texture. Gamay provides the full composition, and the wine is made without oak. Blackcurrant, strawberry, rhubarb and white pepper add further detail, while slate-like freshness accompanies the juicy fruit. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
