Elderflower and green apple meet honey, a light petrol note and cool slate minerality. The palate is feather-light yet concentrated, with mango, melon and orange held in balance by medium-high acidity. Gently off-dry and finely textured, it finishes clean, mineral and persistent. Serve with spicy dishes, pork or washed-rind cheese.
