AboutJames B. Beam
The Beam family’s Kentucky distilling story begins with Jacob Beam, a farmer and miller who sold his first barrel of whiskey in 1795. After Prohibition, James Beauregard ‘Jim’ Beam rebuilt the family business in 120 days. Fred Noe and his son Freddie continue the family’s distilling work.
The house makes bourbon with Kentucky corn, limestone-filtered, iron-free water and a yeast strain used since 1933. The bourbon matures in new American white-oak barrels with a level-four char.
Booker’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750 mL
American Whiskey
Bold and concentrated, with the full texture of an uncut, unfiltered Kentucky bourbon. Rich oak and grain form the core, joined by natural barrel warmth and a firm, lingering spice. Each named batch develops its own balance of fruit, sweetness and wood, so the precise details vary from release to release; the consistent thread is depth, intensity and a straight-from-the-barrel character. Pour slowly, enjoy neat, or add water to open the whisky at your preferred strength.
Knob Creek Small Batch Rye Whiskey 750 mL
American Whiskey
Dried herbs and rye lead the aroma, with seasoned oak and vanilla giving it depth. The palate is concentrated, bringing rye spice, dried cherry and a touch of cigar tobacco over a firm oak core. Its texture is notably oily without feeling heavy. Char spice and dried fruit return on the finish, joined by vanilla and oak in a warm, steady close.
