Islay Mist

Sea air, peat and light smoke open a distinctly coastal profile. The palate stays balanced and approachable, with wisps of peat around bright citrus fruit, cinnamon and heather honey. Smoke gives structure without dominating, allowing the sweeter fruit and spice to remain clear through the middle. The finish is long and gently saline, layering salt with lingering peat. This is an easy introduction to smoky Scotch while retaining enough island character for regular peat drinkers. Serve neat or with a small splash of water.
