The finish is concise but clean, leaving caramel, peppery spice, vanilla and a final touch of orange peel.

Ripe pineapple, overripe banana and yellow fruit lead a vivid, high-toned aroma, with a faint estery edge and an earthy touch of olive. The palate is sweet and resinous, bringing grilled nuts, vanilla and cooling mint into a gently funky core. Tropical fruit remains prominent through the finish, which returns to pineapple, warm spice and a lightly charred, savoury note.
