Hillside Winery 2019 Gewürztraminer
Canadian White
Exotic fruit, tangerine, lychee and ripe pink grapefruit appear with fragrant spice. The wine has an off-dry style, with freshness balancing its ripe fruit. Gewürztraminer is grown on the Naramata Bench within the Okanagan Valley. It can be served cool as a patio pour or alongside a favourite curry or another spicy South Asian dish.

Canadian Red
The blend is thirty-three percent Merlot, twenty-five percent Cabernet Franc, eighteen percent Malbec, seventeen percent Cabernet Sauvignon and seven percent Petit Verdot. It matures for eighteen months in French oak, forty-two percent new. The tannins are mostly dispersed, leaving a silky, dry texture. The fruit comes from vineyards on Naramata Bench in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley.

Canadian Red
Rich dark fruit meets warm spice-cake notes in a concentrated but composed Malbec from a sunlit Naramata site. Extended French-oak ageing brings structure and savoury depth, while the fruit retains aromatic freshness and well-ripened tannins. A distinctive Okanagan red for braised beef, grilled lamb, smoky vegetables or firm aged cheese.
