Heaven Hill Distillery

Dried fruit and soft spice open a robust rye profile, with cocoa, butterscotch, orange peel, cinnamon and caramel adding depth. The palate is thick and fruit-led, carrying chocolate orange, cassia, nutmeg and oak over a firm grain core. Bottled-in-bond structure gives the whisky definition and enough rye spice to remain lively in classic cocktails. The finish is tangy and warming, with marmalade, coppery dryness and persistent spice. Particularly well suited to a Manhattan or Sazerac.
