Haywire 2025 King Family Vineyard Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Ripe pear, melon and tropical citrus meet spice and a distinctive savoury herbal note. The palate is clean and spare, with concrete fermentation preserving freshness while adding gentle texture. Crisp, balanced and ready to drink, it finishes with orchard fruit and a dry mineral edge. Pair with spicy tuna rolls, prawns or fresh salads.
Haywire 2020 Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Morello cherry, raspberry and rhubarb appear with dried thyme, cranberry acidity and savoury spice. The palate is juicy, with fine sticky tannins and texture from concrete. Pinot Noir came from four Okanagan sites in Kelowna, Naramata, Summerland and Oliver. Thirty percent whole clusters underwent native fermentation in concrete and large neutral oak, followed by ten months of rest before bottling without fining or filtration.
Haywire 2021 Pink Bub
Canadian Sparkling
Strawberry tart, tangy lemon and fresh red apple appear with fine bubbles and a light, long body. Old-vine Pinot Blanc is whole-cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in concrete tanks. A second fermentation takes place in horizontal Charmat tanks. Daily lees stirring lasts three months, adding density and palate weight, and a small addition of red wine gives the sparkling wine its pink hue.
