Gruppo Martellozzo

White flowers, apricot and mugwort accompany delicate dried-fruit and bread-crust notes. The palate brings ripe fruit, aromatic herbs and honey. Made from white grapes grown in north-eastern Italy, the wine ferments at about fifteen to sixteen degrees Celsius and briefly rests on fine lees for added complexity and softness. Suggested pairings include raw seafood, shellfish salads and pasta with fish-based sauces.
