Gin Mare

Rosemary, basil and thyme give the nose a vivid Mediterranean character, with juniper providing a clean aromatic frame. Arbequina olive adds a subtle savoury texture while cardamom brings lift and gentle spice. Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately, preserving definition before the final blend comes together. The palate is full and herbal rather than overtly citrus-led, moving from pine and green herbs into olive and spice. A dry, composed finish leaves basil, cardamom and soft salinity behind.
