Fruit comes from the Golden Mile Bench in the Okanagan Valley. Ehrenfelser grapes were harvested frozen at minus nine degrees Celsius. The analysis records 248 grams per litre of residual sugar, 10.9 grams per litre of total acidity and 11 percent alcohol.
