An unusual pale wine with white peach, rose hip and tangerine, joined by tart cranberry and a light floral note. The palate is vivid and fresh, with tangy citrus, gentle salinity and a subtle bitter-almond edge giving it shape. Distinctive but approachable, it works well with cured fish, grilled vegetables, fresh cheese or lightly spiced dishes.

Amber in colour, with lemon, candle wax and bee pollen on the nose, plus a floral, orange-toned lift that adds complexity. Lemon juice, candied peel, white flowers and honey follow on a dry palate. High acidity and a faint chalky grip keep the skin-contact Semillon mouthwatering, layered and expansive with air.
