Cantina Furlani

Cantina Furlani is Matteo Furlani’s Trentino winery, rooted in several generations of family farming. Its vineyards lie on the Vigolana slopes and the hills above Trento, with parcels climbing as high as 720 metres. The winery farms five hectares.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes. For the sur-lie wines, first fermentation takes place in steel before the wine ferments again in bottle, without added sugar, cultured yeast or filtration.
