Canadian Red
Dark-fruited and generous, with plum, blackcurrant and blueberry layered over coffee, cedar and dark chocolate. Cocoa, smoke and a quiet leathery note deepen the palate, while cherry brings a fresher counterpoint. The texture is smooth and rounded, carrying savoury fruit through a composed finish. Pair with grilled beef, braised short ribs, roast mushrooms or firm cheese.

Canadian White
Seven white grape varieties form this blend: Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Viognier and Schönburger. Each was fermented separately in stainless steel before blending. Peach, pineapple and tropical flowers appear alongside melon, apple and green apple. Bright acidity, a crisp persistent finish and Anjou pear are also present. The wine is light-bodied and comes from the Okanagan Valley.

Canadian Sparkling
Ripe nectarine, Rainier cherry and freshly picked strawberry appear with juicy raspberry and a touch of fresh herbs. The palate is vibrant, fruit-forward and effervescent, with a refreshing finish. The blend contains seventy-eight percent Cabernet Franc and ten percent Cabernet Sauvignon, with Syrah, Muscat and Merlot also present. This Canadian sparkling wine contains ten and a half percent alcohol.
