Exotic white fruit, ripe peach and pink grapefruit meet a mineral background. The palate is fresh and the finish is long. Sauvignon Blanc comes from selected limestone terroirs within Sancerre. Fifteen hectares of vines surround the château in an isolated, preserved setting within the Loire Valley. The wine is dry, with 13.5 percent alcohol.
