Field House Brewing in East Abbotsford and Vancouver’s Superflux Beer Company joined forces for Experimental HyperBoost Hazy Double IPA. Field House opened in 2016, building a range that includes experimental IPAs and fruit-driven barrel-aged sours. Superflux focuses on hop-forward beers, with lagers and collaborations also part of its range.
For their HyperBoost collaboration, the brewers added hop-oil extract at several stages and dry-hopped with HBC 1019 and Idaho 7.

Peach, tangerine and citrus drive a bold, highly aromatic profile. HyperBoost hop oil is layered through several stages of brewing to build depth, while HBC 1019 and Idaho 7 add further fruit intensity in the dry hop. The palate is full and hazy, with the concentrated hop character remaining energetic rather than blunt. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, pork tacos, grilled halloumi or sharp cheddar.
