Peach, tangerine and citrus drive a bold, highly aromatic profile. HyperBoost hop oil is layered through several stages of brewing to build depth, while HBC 1019 and Idaho 7 add further fruit intensity in the dry hop. The palate is full and hazy, with the concentrated hop character remaining energetic rather than blunt. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, pork tacos, grilled halloumi or sharp cheddar.
