Two distinct IPA expressions share this collaborative mixed pack. The hazy IPA uses kveik yeast for a fruity, juicy profile and a soft, hazy shape. Its West Coast counterpart is darker, more bitter and deliberately old-school, bringing a firmer, more direct finish. Together they show how fermentation can shift the character of an IPA. Serve well chilled with burgers, grilled pork, spicy pizza or aged cheddar.
