Cocoa and espresso lead a dark, concentrated aroma, followed by caramelized orange, ripe fruit and warm baking spice. The palate is rich and bittersweet, with toffee and vanilla softening the roasted coffee and dark chocolate tones. Almond adds a gently nutty depth, while restrained smoke and pepper bring definition to the finish. Full-flavoured without becoming heavy, it can be served neat or with a small splash of water.

Grilled pineapple and vanilla lead a generous tropical aroma, with sugared almond and soft baking spice adding depth. Passion fruit and mango carry onto the palate, joined by rich honey, Turkish delight and a warm touch of cassia. The finish turns to mandarin, poached pear and light cacao, ending with the soft spice of ginger cake. Full-flavoured yet poised, it can be served neat or with water added gradually.

The palate is bright and generous, moving through nectarine and tropical fruit with a smooth, rounded texture. Sultana brings gentle dried-fruit depth before roasted coffee and black toffee shape the finish. The result is approachable but composed, with fruit and subtle roast in balance. Serve neat or add a few drops of water.
