AboutFemar Vini

Femar Vini traces its roots to the wine and olive-oil work Manlio Mergè began in the 1920s. Armando Mergè established the family company in the 1970s, and Felice Mergè reshaped it as Femar Vini in 1995.

Its Epicuro collection draws on traditional grapes from Puglia, Sicily and other parts of central and southern Italy. Its Gran Appasso range includes red, rosé and white wines from Puglia. In this range, appassimento involves leaving selected grapes on the vine beyond full ripeness.
