Faxe began in 1901 as a steam brewery founded by Nicoline and Conrad Nielsen in the Danish town whose name it carries. After Conrad’s death, Nicoline continued to run the brewery. The business started with malt beer and mineral water before expanding into international beer sales.
Now part of Royal Unibrew, Faxe makes a range that includes its all-malt Premium lager and stronger styles.
