Fandango

Roasted Espadín agave gives a smoky, vegetal core, balanced by ripe fruit and the earthy depth of traditional mezcal production. The smoke is pronounced but measured, wrapping around cooked agave rather than masking it. Double distillation keeps the palate focused, with savoury roast, gentle sweetness and a clean, persistent finish. Made in Oaxaca, it works equally well as a neat pour or as the smoky base of a Margarita, Paloma or other citrus-led cocktail.
