Famille Lieubeau
Famille Lieubeau 2023 Sauvignon IGP Val de Loire
French White
Citrus, subtle flowers and exotic fruit define a fresh Sauvignon Blanc. The vines grow in granite soils and average about twenty years of age. Vineyard rows are grassed, and the grapes are harvested at night. Pneumatic pressing includes skin maceration and juice selection, followed by cold settling. Fermentation is protected from oxygen, and the wine rests for three months. The wine is organic.
Famille Lieubeau 2023 Pinot Noir
French Red
Blackcurrant, raspberry, violet, ripe red fruit and vanilla sit in a fresh profile with a long finish. The Pinot Noir grows on schist in the Loire and carries twelve percent alcohol. Vinification includes two weeks of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel with regular cap work. A portion matures in oak, while the balance remains in tank before bottling.
