AboutErdinger Weißbräu

Erdinger’s story begins in 1886, when the Weisse Bräuhaus was founded in the Bavarian town of Erding. Franz Brombach acquired the brewery in 1935 and gave it the Erdinger Weißbräu name in 1949. Werner Brombach later expanded distribution beyond Bavaria.

Every Erdinger beer is brewed in Erding under the Bavarian Purity Law, using water, malt, hops and yeast without artificial colourings or flavourings. Brewing water comes from two 160-metre wells, and the brewery cultivates its own top-fermenting yeast. Its Weissbier undergoes a second maturation known as Bayerische Edelreifung.

Erdinger Alkoholfrei Non-Alcoholic Wheat Beer

German Non-Alcoholic Beer
$4.49
Soft wheat and spicy malt lead a rounded, gently aromatic nose, with a touch of caramel sweetness underneath. The palate is full enough to feel substantial, while lively carbonation and light fruity acidity keep it refreshing. Aroma hops add a measured, cleansing bitterness through the middle. The finish is smooth, malty and crisp. Serve cold with pretzels, grilled sausage, roast chicken, grain salads or mild cheese.

Erdinger Weissbier Tall Can

German Beer
$5.49
Fresh malt and yeast aromas lead, with delicate flowers and ripe fruit adding lift. The palate is gently spicy and lightly sweet, balancing soft wheat richness with mild hop bitterness and a lively, refreshing acidity. Fine yeast clouding gives the beer a full, rounded texture, while bright carbonation keeps it energetic. The finish is clean, subtly hoppy and persistent. Serve well chilled in a wheat-beer glass to let the aromatic foam develop.
