AboutEnrico Gatti

The Gatti family has made Franciacorta in Erbusco, Lombardy, since 1986. Its vineyards sit between 200 and 280 metres, planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The family farms organically, using soil analysis to guide vineyard decisions. The winery has an insulated underground cellar equipped with temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Crisp and finely balanced, with citrus brightness, toasted almond and a clean, lingering finish. Made from Chardonnay grown in foothill vineyards, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and rests on its lees for at least 18 months. A polished Franciacorta for aperitifs, shellfish or lighter savoury dishes.
