Elixir Distillers

Lime and fresh herbs open with dill, hay and baked apple. The palate develops buttery toast, pear drops and vanilla custard, followed by roasted cardamom and a gentle floral lift. Fruit and cereal notes remain clear beneath the spice. The finish is clean and lightly warming, leaving apple sauce, soft malt, raspberry jelly, elderflower and measured oak.
