Elixir Distillers is owned by brothers Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh, whose education in spirits began in their parents’ north-west London off-licence and deepened through Sukhinder’s collecting. In 1999 they founded The Whisky Exchange; three years later Sukhinder bottled his first cask, the beginning of The Single Malts of Scotland. Their independent-bottling business, formerly Speciality Drinks, took the Elixir Distillers name in 2017.
Elixir blends and bottles Scotch, rum, liqueurs and other spirits. In 2022 it acquired Tormore, an operating distillery in Speyside.

Lime and fresh herbs open with dill, hay and baked apple. The palate develops buttery toast, pear drops and vanilla custard, followed by roasted cardamom and a gentle floral lift. Fruit and cereal notes remain clear beneath the spice. The finish is clean and lightly warming, leaving apple sauce, soft malt, raspberry jelly, elderflower and measured oak.
