El Sagrado

Cooked agave and oak lead a mature, warmly spiced profile, with vanilla, raisin and a faint citrus lift developing underneath. Blue agave from two growing regions is distilled with pure water, then matured in new French and American oak before each batch is blended for balance. The palate is smooth and gently sweet, moving from agave and honey into melon, cinnamon and clove. Caramel and restrained smoke carry the finish. Enjoy neat or with a large cube to let the oak and agave open gradually.
