AboutDomaine Eblin-Fuchs

Domaine Eblin-Fuchs brings together two old Alsace winegrowing families, their names joined by the 1956 marriage of Marie-Madeleine Fuchs and Henri-Joseph Eblin. Christian Eblin and Laurence Leininger now run the estate in Zellenberg; Laurence comes from a family of winegrowers in Hunawihr. Their 11.5 hectares extend across five communes, with each parcel vinified separately.

The wines are Demeter-certified, and the vineyards have been worked biodynamically since the 2000s. All fruit is picked manually, pressed as whole clusters and fermented with native yeasts in large oak foudres before resting on fine lees.
