A high proportion of malt whisky gives the blend a robust, full-bodied centre, while grain whisky keeps the texture composed and approachable. Salted nuts and citrus bring contrast through the middle, followed by burnt oak and measured spice. The finish is long and warming, carrying sweet-and-salty balance, baked apple and lingering smoky embers. Enjoy neat or with a small splash of water to release the fruit beneath the peat.
