Dufouleur

Lime, green apple and lemon lead with a chalky mineral edge and a quiet note of white almond. Fresh acidity runs cleanly through the medium-bodied palate, giving the fruit a taut, tangy shape while the texture remains composed. The finish is dry, precise and gently nutty rather than austere. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or pair with oysters, grilled white fish, goat cheese or a simple herb omelette.
