Don Fulano

Jasmine and orange blossom lead an aromatic nose, followed by yellow apple, cooked agave and a distinctly mineral, rain-on-stone note. The palate is full and energetic, with sweet agave, citrus zest, black pepper and earthy spice held in balance by the higher strength. Despite its intensity, the texture stays smooth and measured rather than hot. Floral tones return through the finish alongside wet stone, pepper and lingering cooked agave. Serve neat in a small glass, or use where a cocktail benefits from concentrated agave character.

Cooked agave leads a deep, composed aroma with cardamom, dried peach, roasted macadamia and clove. The palate is rich yet measured, carrying dried fruit and warm spice over a polished oak frame. Tobacco adds savoury depth while a light menthol note lifts the weight. The finish is long and fresh, leaving agave, toasted nuts, spice and gentle wood.
