AboutDominio de Punctum

Siblings Jesús, Ruth and Cristina Fernández founded Dominio de Punctum in 2005, building on their family’s history of winegrowing in Cuenca. Ruth leads winemaking, while her siblings oversee the commercial and financial sides of the estate. Their Finca Fabián vineyards occupy the high plains of Castilla-La Mancha, with marked changes in temperature between day and night.

Organic and biodynamic principles have guided the estate from the start, with cover crops and close attention to biodiversity and soil life. Night harvesting is used for selected wines to protect fruit quality, and the cellar methods vary with the grape and style of wine.
