Domaines Ott began in Provence in 1896 with Alsatian agricultural engineer Marcel Ott. The family acquired Château de Selle in 1912, Clos Mireille in 1936 and Château Romassan in 1956. Jean-François Ott represents the fourth generation, and the domaines have been part of Roederer Collection since 2004.
Each estate has its own vineyard and cellar approach: Château de Selle on limestone soils, Clos Mireille beside the sea and Château Romassan in Bandol, where Mourvèdre is central to the wines. The estates achieved organic certification with the 2022 vintage.

French Rosé
Ripe strawberry, soft citrus and spring-rain minerality define the dry rosé. Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre form the blend. The grapes come from estate vineyards and partner growers in the Côtes de Provence appellation, then are vinified and blended by the winemaking team. A bright appearance accompanies yellow fruit, a subtle exotic note, supple texture and a delicately tangy finish.

French Red
Blackcurrant, morello cherry and spices define the documented tasting profile. The wine is described as rich and elegant, with fine, silky tannins through the finish. Mourvèdre supplies the established varietal identity, while long ageing is part of the producer's approach to concentration and depth. Fruit, spice and polished tannin remain the central, clearly sourced details.
