AboutDomaine Zinck

Paul Zinck founded the estate in Eguisheim in 1964; his winegrowing family is now in its fourth generation. Philippe and Pascale took over in 1997; today, fourteen hectares between Eguisheim and Gueberschwihr provide fruit for village wines, grands crus and bottle-fermented Crémant.

Chemical herbicides were abandoned in 2008, organic methods began in 2011 and biodynamic practice followed in 2018. All grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, with stainless steel or large Vosges oak casks used according to the wine.

Domaine Zinck Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé NV

French Sparkling
$43.99
Wild red-fruit aromas meet freshness, a dry profile, silky texture and persistent mousse. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the grapes are hand harvested from thirty-five-year-old vines on the loamy slopes of Eguisheim. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel, followed by fifteen months on fine lees. The wine is made by the traditional method and carries Ecocert and Demeter certification.

Domaine Zinck 2024 Pinot Gris

French White
$31.99
Yellow fruit and ripe pear lead, joined by a subtle smoky note, gentle spice and a floral lift. The palate is dry, rounded and supple, with enough freshness to keep the generous fruit precise. A clean, lightly savoury finish gives this expressive white the versatility to accompany roast poultry, creamy dishes or mushrooms.
