Domaine Wilfried

The blend brings together Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah. Grapes at the estate are harvested by hand and sorted, while fermentation uses native yeasts without oenological additions. Maturation takes place mainly in concrete vats. Depending on the release and cuvée, a light sulphur addition may follow malolactic fermentation or precede bottling. The vineyards are organically certified.
