AboutDomaine Roblet-Monnot

Pascal Roblet took charge of his family’s Volnay domaine in 1990, continuing a lineage rooted in the village. From a small cellar in Bligny-lès-Beaune, he works a compact collection of parcels centred on Volnay, with an additional holding in Pommard.

The vineyards have been farmed according to biodynamic principles since the late 1990s, with dense planting and deliberately low yields. In the cellar, Roblet favours gentle handling, long ageing and limited sulphur additions.
