Luminous wild strawberry and red cherry lead, with rose petal, dried herbs and a subtle earthy depth. Whole-bunch fermentation gives the aromatics lift and a finely stemmed savoury edge, while silky tannins and fresh acidity carry a persistent mineral finish. Biodynamic farming and vinification without added sulphites keep the expression direct and detailed. This is delicate rather than light; serve with roast quail, duck, mushrooms or a simple veal dish.
