Domaine Nowack

Flavien Nowack joined his family’s Champagne estate at Vandières in the Marne Valley in 2011. He began restoring vineyard parcels one by one, keeping Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from different sites separate. The estate vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically.

In the cellar, fermentation begins with native yeasts, and grape must is used for the second fermentation in bottle. Alongside its estate wines, Nowack makes a separate range from purchased organic grapes.
