Domaine La Tour Boisée

Ripe black fruit, fresh plum, black cherry and blackberry appear alongside a dried-hay note. The wine has a fruity, crunchy attack, followed by a supple, ample palate and tannins. Cabernet Franc accounts for seventy percent of the blend, with Cabernet Sauvignon making up the remainder. Grapes are destemmed without crushing, fermented separately under cap, and matured for twelve months in tank.
